Locality is nice with the local town well stocked for tourist shops plus a large supermarket (VERY busy late afternoon/early evening). Site shop well stocked for al the basics (and more), including lovely fresh bread every day. The pool is chargeable at 4€ per day but buy bulk days to save money (although cheaper to walk to the beach).

Free Wi-fi in main bar is a little flaky but you can pay for site-wide Wi-fi if needed. Shower/toilet blocks are always impeccable and plenty of hot water. The whole site is really well maintained and clean. The web site tells you what’s available, but a few additions you might ee cycle hire from reception pizzas to takeaway which are cheap and very nice easy access to the beach across a small road very safe site for children. Great camp site with everything you need. So to summarise - we would highly recommend it to all (visited in May so low season), the staff and the lovely location make it very special and the camp is really lovely. Special thanks to Anthony the sports coach who made our son’s holiday with his patient and enthusiastic coaching every day - that was great. We wouldn’t let any of this stop us from booking again though. The gym area needs a good servicing also but it was low season so perhaps the first to use it. They were very pleasant though and friendly - we just didn’t need asking every day. Also the animation team were very persistent asking us to join in but we go out of season as it’s not our thing. Just down to the design of tent - it was really loud some nights.
The only drawbacks were that the tent was unsuitable for winds and a few nights with high winds we didn’t get much sleep due to the panels on the tent flapping. The tent itself was amazing with a shower and toilet and was very clean and well equipped. We booked direct with the site which was trouble free and were in a safari glamping tent with our three boys - the pitch was simply beautiful (the location far better than the Eurocamp area) and we had a picnic table which was a lovely touch so we had some nice lunches on there. The staff in the shop and the restaurant were extremely friendly and very helpful and the food that we ate there was lovely. It has a fantastic location next to Marina Di Campo. The campsite is very pretty and very clean and organised. We stayed here for ten nights in May/June 2019 as a family of 5. There is also a bazar, a newsagent's, a games room and an internet point. The entire campsite is built round the "Piazzetta" (little square), where you will find a pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and restaurant where typical Elba cuisine is served the evening entertainment is also held in the "Piazzetta". First aid, laundrette, ironing facilities, toilet facilities for disabled, safes, barbecue area, public phones at your disposal.
Each lodge has both air conditioning and fully equipped veranda. Nature lovers will find Ville degli Ulivi a valid alternative to the traditional campsite with tents on plots: there are 4 different types of two room and three room apartments available, as well as 4 types of mobile homes, all in the shade of the century old trees. There is also a children's play pool under the watchful eye of a lifeguard, a fully equipped children's play park and entertainment that adults may also take part in, if they wish. Children are perfectly safe inside the Campsite because traffic is not allowed. For sports lovers, there's a tennis/five-a-side football court, another for beach volley, and a fitness area. When you're at the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village, you won't be able to resist our biggest attraction: the magnificent Water Park complete with waterfalls, slide and Jacuzzi, as well as our Wellness and Fitness Centre with sauna, vascular route, thermal baths, and hot Jacuzzi. All the plots are spacious, in the shade of cluster pines, and each has a hedge around it for privacy, and they can all be easily reached by following the wide paths with oleanders and eucalyptus trees on either side. Near La Foce, and covering an area of 5 hectares, the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village is only 1 km from Marina di Campo, the busiest and liveliest town on the Island. Looking onto the 1500 metre long, enchanting, fine sands beach of Marina di Campo, one of the longest in Elba, the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village is perfect for those who wish a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday just 30 metres from the beach.
